Haggai’s 3rd prophecy was not a test of the priests’ knowledge of clean and unclean. YHVH was asking them to consider something about their own defilement.

Haggai’s 2nd prophecy jumped abruptly from 520 BC to 2500 years in the future!

Haggai’s first prophecy was not a prophecy at all. It was a rebuke with a plea from YHVH to the Jews who had returned to Jerusalem 16 years earlier.

The world entered the prophetic “times of the Gentiles” when Babylon captured Jerusalem in 3 waves: 605 BC, 597 BC and 586 BC. The “times of the Gentiles” extends all the way to now. This time will not end until Yeshua returns.

There was an active Judaism conversion agenda in Galatia. Paul pushed back against it. He did not say what Christian doctrine says he said. Don’t believe anyone who teaches the slanders of the wicked against Paul as good doctrine.

What does the Holy Spirit do to the flesh, to our lusts? What does living by the Laws of the Torah do to the flesh, to our lusts? The same thing. It ends up killing the flesh, crucifying us, as it were, with Messiah Yeshua.
