Korah is our example of a “bride” who profanes the LORD to become a stranger and adulterer before Him.
In the Torah Portion, Shelach L’cha, the people rejected the gift of the Land, but in Korah, there are some who want to usurp the Priesthood. Their error is that they do not understand the connection between the Priesthood to the Land.
Have you ever thought that perhaps the LORD took this rebellion as Korah charging Him with treason? Why would the LORD view it this way? And what are the consequences of making a charge of this magnitude against the LORD?
Korah had more than just an attitude problem. He was a man with an agenda…
And that agenda was driven by his pagan mindset!
